Are You Feeding Your Cancer Cells??

Did you know that you could be contributing to multiply your cancer cells?!?!

Did you know cancer cells can occur more than 10 times in lifetime?!?!

Every individual has cancer cells in their body!

It is just a matter of how many cancer cells are multiplied to confirm and show up in the standard test to be diagnosed CANCER.

Cancer cells have to multiply to a few billion for doctors to detect a cancer patient. When a patient with cancer completes chemotherapy and the doctor detects that there are no more cancer cells in their body, it just indicates that the cancer cells are no longer at a detectable size to show up in the test.

Although chemotherapy may diminish some cancer cells, it does more harm then good and is overall harmful for the body. Yes, the initial treatment of chemotherapy destroys cancer cells and shrinks tumors. However, within the initial treatment and prolong use of chemotherapy healthy cells, tissues and organs that are rapidly growing in the body suffers badly. The radiation causes burns, scars and damage to organs such as the liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc and provoking them to fail. Chemotherapy and radiation puts the body at a very toxic state causing the immune system to weaken and exposing the body to various kinds of infections. Moreover, chemotherapy makes it very difficult for the body to thrive!

It is no question that individuals eating habits are one of the results to cancer cells multiplying. An individual with cancer indicates that there are multiple nutritional deficiencies, which could be food, lifestyle, genetic and environmental factors as well.

Changing one’s diet and lifestyle by strengthening the immune system can definitely contribute to overcoming multiple nutritional deficiencies. Maintaining a strong immune system destroys cancer cells, making it very difficult to survive avoiding them to multiply or even form tumors.

NOW I ASK AGAIN...ARE YOU FEEDING YOUR CANCER CELLS???

Top 4 foods that cancer cells feed on causing them to multiply.

1. SUGAR: Cutting sugar from diet cuts off one important food supply to cancer cells. Avoid sugar substitutes which contain a very harmful chemical known as Aspartame. Use fresh fruit, raw organic honey, yacon syrup, nectar agave or molasses in very small portions as this is still sugar and causes glucose levels to spike.

2. SALT: Cut salt intake. Avoid using table salt. Better alternatives for salt is sea salt, pink Himalayan salt or Braggs Amino Liquids (which is one of my favs I use on many dishes to spice up my meals or for a soy sauce alternative)

3. DIARY: High intakes of diary such as milk and cheese cause the body to produce mucus especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. It has been known that an excessive build up of mucus is the beginning stages of all ailments and diseases. Limit dairy intake and look for better alternatives such as almond or coconut milk, which contains just as much (if not more) calcium as in cow’s milk. There are other alternative milks such as rice or hemp milk, however almond and coconut milk are easier accessible and can be found in most supermarkets/grocery stores.

4. RED MEAT: Cancer cells also love being in acidic environment. Eating lots of meats can cause the body to become acidic especially red meats. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes to break the meat down. Undigested meat left in the intestines can lead to toxic build up creating an acidic environment. Avoid or at least start of cutting down eating meats especially beef and pork. Meat contains antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites that are harmful especially individuals with cancer. If you’re a meat lover try to eat white meats (chicken or turkey) or fish. Look for organic, cage-free, grass-fed for meats and wild-caught for fish if possible.

Maintaining a diet with fresh vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts and some fruit can decrease the acidity in the body causing a more alkaline environment. Fresh vegetables juices feeds the body live enzymes that are easily absorbed traveling straight to the cells within 15minutes, nourishing and enhancing the body to grow health cells. Aim for eating more raw (uncooked) fresh vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Be sure to be mindful of fruit intake as fruit consist of sugar as well. Yes, I know its natural sugar, but its still SUGAR! Aim to have no more than 3 servings of fruit a day. Lastly, be sure to stay hydrated drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water per day! (i.e. you weight 140lbs drink at least 70oz. of water a day)

Keep in mind that any ailments, disease, illness etc are all forms that compromise the mind, body and spirit!! Avoid anything that brings negative energy like stress, anger etc. Practice deep breathing exercises; try mediating daily, exercises or engage in some form of movement/physical activity daily. These all help bring out a more active, positive, stress free, healthy, and oxygenated environment which makes it very difficult for cancer cells to thrive and multiply in.

Making little changes and improvements at a time is a great start. Today is a great day to start!!!
