Ok so you have your heart set on getting to the gym this time. Your gym bag is packed, your devoted to going and you end up getting out of your meeting later than usual. Or your co-worker called out sick so now you’re stuck at the job working a double. Or how about between school, work, internship, picking up the kids, cooking dinner etc. you barely have little time to even BREATHE! Let alone go to the gym.
YOU JUST DON’T HAVE TIME TO WORKOUT RIGHT?
You wanted to get to the gym and workout, but you JUST DON’T HAVE TIME. Oh and let's not forget you’re just flushing money down the drain EVERY MONTH paying for a gym memberships you don’t even use!
Sounds familiar? That’s probably you right now! But don’t worry before you go hide in shame of guilt I have a SOLUTION for you!
BUT…Under ONE circumstance!
Now you may not want to hear this, but…YOU GOTTA MAKE TIME!
Ok before you get ready to roll your eyes and storm off, let me just explain myself really quick.
I’m not asking for A LOT of time, but how does 15 minutes sound?
That’s right 15 minutes!
Just 15 minutes to get an effective efficient workout in for the day. Just because you don’t have more than an hour to commit to your workout doesn’t mean to NOT exercise AT ALL. If you focus on eating right and fit in your workout to the best of your ability you will eventually get to your goal. Do the best you can and use what you got.
Do you have 15 minutes?? Ok great!
