AB CHALLENGE: Killer Ab Exercise - NO GYM NECESSARY! (Video)

Are you getting bored with your ab workouts?
Are you getting tired of doing those same old crunches and sit-ups??
Well I have a crazy AB CHALLENGE, I would like for you to try!
One day while training between clients, I was playing around on the stability ball after my workout and created this MONSTER that really targets the lower abs! (I may have not created this, I'm sure someone has tried this before, but I'M CLAIMING IT DARN IT! I have sore abs to prove it.)
Ok now on with the challenge are you READY?
You don't even need to go to the gym!
ALL YOU NEED IS A STABILILTY BALL!
WARNING NOT FOR BEGINNERS!!!
If you do not have an ounce of core strength DO NOT TRY!!! If you're core isn't at least semi-strong you may fly off the ball! If you notice you have a hard time getting balance on the ball period DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT THIS EXERCISE OR YOU WILL LOOK LIKE THIS!

DON'T WANT THIS TO BE YOU!!!!! LOL
For beginners, try starting off just planking on the ball.

If you find yourself slidding off the ball do this exercise facing a wall so you feet could be stable.
