Power of The MIND! 5 Steps To Motivate Yourself To Do Anything!

We all have different struggles whether it's to succeed in our career, financial hardships, health challenges, weight loss struggles....the list goes on. Although, we all have different struggles, some struggle more than other in different areas, in order to overcome you must seek within your mind. To conquer anything in life you must first BELIEVE the possibility in your MIND!! Once you believe you can conquer whatever thought you have, you are now at the first stage of you destiny!

I strongly believe in this process and it takes PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE to overcome it. So alongside what the Great teacher, Gandhi has taught us here is 5 ways you could repeatedly use to conquer anything you want to accomplish.
1. BELIEVE YOU CAN: Imagine the possibility and believe you have what it takes. You are no different than those who have what you're striving for. Only difference is they continued to jump over those hurdles known as “Negative Thought/Limiting Beliefs" and keep going until they finish the race! Everyone has those “hurdles” they will definitely always be there but you have the power to jump over them!
2. SPEAK INTO EXISTENCE: Make a declaration of what you want to do and share that with others that will help support you and hold accountable. The power of your WORD is SUPER important. Once you’ve made your declaration, keep your WORD to yourself and HONOR that because YOU SAID SO!
3. TAKE ACTION: Whatever it takes TAKE ACTION. Continue to search and find ways that works best for you. Tweak along the way if needed.
4. BE CONSISTENT: How often did you plan to work on this goal is it multiple times a day, daily, weekly? Stay consistent on your goal taking constant action. Practice and keep track of your work. The more you do it and track your progress, the more you will see results!
5. BE GRATEFUL: Along the entire journey be sure to be grateful for not only the positive outcomes, but the ‘not-so-positive’ outcomes as well. Embrace every hurdle, every negative experience and every setback this is all a part of the journey.
6. DON’T QUIT!!: If you feel you are about to quit, just PAUSE, REFLECT and go back to the drawing board observe any tweaks you see possible and go back to STEP 1 create a new possibility and make a new declaration.
BONUS: AVOID ANY NEGATIVITY!!! IF ANY DOUBT OR 'NAY-SAYERS' COMES UP TO DETER YOU FROM YOUR GOAL....SHUT IT DOWN!!!!! I REPEAT....SHUT IT DOWN!!!! Seriously this is super important. Surround yourselves around those who lift you up, avoid those that break you down. If it's someone that's close to you and you can't avoid, learn to tune them out and STAY ON TRACK OF YOUR GOAL! Even if it's your very OWN negative thoughts take a second to hear it tell that sucker "Thanks for sharing, but YOU A LIE, now have a seat and let me DO THIS!"
