This Dynamic Duo Is An Immune Boosting-Fat Burning-Powerhouse Right From Your Food Pantry!

There are so many items that are just in your pantries that can help alleviate so many ailments. Items that drug companies want to keep you away from which is why they put so much garbage in what’s sold in our local grocery stores to keep you from getting the real deal!

Here are 2 of my favorite pantry items that I personally use DAILY!

CINNAMON & HONEY

​This duo will be so beneficial to your health!

Let’s talk some facts on Honey and Cinnamon: It is found that a mixture of honey and cinnamon cures many diseases. Honey is produced in most of the countries around the world. Scientists of today also accept honey as a "Ram Ban" (very effective) medicine or all kinds of diseases. Honey can be used without any side effects for any kind of diseases. Today's science says that even though honey is sweet, if taken in the right dosage as a medicine, it does not harm diabetic patients.

Here's a list of ailments that can be alleviated by honey and cinnamon as researched by western scientists: HEART DISEASES: Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder, apply on bread, instead of jelly and jam, and eat it regularly for breakfast. It reduces the cholesterol in the arteries and saves the patient from heart attack. Those who have suffered from a previous heart attack will save themselves from the next attack by doing this process daily. Consuming daily relieves loss of breath and strengthens the heart beat. In America and Canada, various nursing homes have treated patients successfully and have found that as you age, the arteries and veins lose their flexibility and get clogged. This combo helps revitalize the arteries and veins. ARTHRITIS: Arthritis patients may take daily, morning, and night. If taken regularly, it has been record that even chronic arthritis can be relieved. In a recent research conducted at Copenhagen University, it was found that when the doctors treated their patients with a mixture of 1 tablespoon of honey and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of hot water before breakfast, they found that within a week, out of the 200 patient, 73 patients were totally relieved of pain, and within a month, mostly all the patients who could not walk or move around because of arthritis started walking without pain. BLADDER INFECTIONS: Take 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder and 2 teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it. Its antibacterial proprieties help raise the body ph level to fight the germs in the bladder. CHOLESTEROL: According to Western Scientist, pure honey taken with food daily relieves complaints of cholesterol. It has been studied, by consuming 2 tablespoons of honey and 3 teaspoons of Cinnamon Powder mixed in 16 ounces of tea water, given to a cholesterol patient, was found to reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10% within two hours. As mentioned for arthritis patients, if taken three times a day, any chronic cholesterol is cured. COLDS: Those suffering from common or severe colds should take 1 tablespoon honey with ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder in lukewarm water daily for three days. This process will cure most chronic cough, cold, and clear the sinuses. (whenever I start feeling sick I do this 2x a day within the first 24hrs of first symptom, if I waited to late and actually have a cold I mostly put the dosage in my herbal teas) A scientist in Spain has proved that honey contains a natural ' Ingredient' which kills the influenza germs and saves the patient from flu. UPSET STOMACH: It has also been noted to help alleviate an upset stomach. Consume 1 tablespoon of honey taken ½ teaspoon with cinnamon powder in a cup of tea water cures stomach ache and also clears stomach ulcers from the root. According to the studies done in India and Japan, it is also revealed that if honey is taken with cinnamon powder the stomach is relieved of gas. IMMUNE SYSTEM: Daily use of honey and cinnamon powder strengthens the immune system and protects the body from bacteria and viral attacks. Scientists have found that honey has various vitamins and iron in large amounts. Constant use of honey strengthens the white blood corpuscles to fight bacteria and viral diseases. INDIGESTION: Cinnamon powder sprinkled on two tablespoons of honey taken before food relieves acidity and digests the heaviest of meals. Those who suffered from indigestion a lot (usually those with ulcer, IBS, poor digestive system this will be very beneficial) LONGEVITY: Tea made with honey and cinnamon powder, when taken regularly, arrests the ravages of old age. Take 4 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder and 3 cups of water and boil to make tea. Drink ¼ cup, 3-4 times a day. It increases your life spans, keeps the skin fresh and soft and arrests old age.

SKIN INFECTIONS: This duo can be used to clear skin! Mix 3 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder to make a paste, apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. If done daily for two weeks, it removes pimples from the root. Also by applying honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts on the affected parts cures eczema, ringworm and all types of skin infections. (I use this mixed in with coconut oil when my eczema use to surface badly, I also used this mixture to help clear my back acne!) WEIGHT LOSS: Daily in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast on an empty stomach and at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in a cup of water. If taken regularly, it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Drinking this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet. CANCER: Recent research in Japan and Australia has revealed that advanced cancer of the stomach and bones have been cured successfully. Patients suffering from these kinds of cancer should daily take 1 tablespoon of honey with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder for one month three times a day. FATIGUE: Recent studies have shown that the sugar content of honey is more helpful rather than being detrimental to the strength of the body. Senior citizens, who take honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts, are more alert and flexible. Dr. Milton, who has done research, says that a ½ tablespoon of honey taken in a glass of water and sprinkled with cinnamon powder, taken daily after brushing and in the afternoon at about 3:00 P.M. (about 6-7 hours of being woke) when the vitality of the body starts to decrease, increases the vitality of the body within a week.

Well!...

Now that we’ve got all that out and in the open, you can clearly see that these two ingredients are definitely another one of those MUST HAVES!

Now I wanted to advise that there is a big difference in what TYPE of cinnamon powder

and honey you purchase to benefit from. People do not realize that there is a difference. Regular cinnamon you typically find in the store is an artificially made cinnamon that could raise blood pressure and glucose levels just to name a few side effects. If you can find CYLON Cinnamon that is the BEST cinnamon I purchase mines in bulk online or you can purchase from health food store.

And as far as honey you want to look for Grade A Honey. A bee keeper I met sometime ago told me 3 tips when shopping for honey:

1. The darker the honey the better

2. Stay away from those creamy 'frothy' honeys they are mostly added with additives like some sort of artificial syrup

3. Stay away from those little bears from your local grocery stores its just artificial liquid sugar
